Dave Sherry is a senior-level executive with 30 years of experience leading across all business functions. He has a proven record of developing strategic plans and leading diverse groups of people to achieve organizational goals and objectives, making significant contributions to new business initiatives and improvements in operational performance.
Dave founded General Business Strategies, LLC, more commonly known as GenBiz, where he currently holds the position of President and CEO and provides strategic consulting to key clients. He has extensive domestic and international experience in managing business functions and ensuring for continuity of operational performance, overseeing Operations, Finance, Administration, Human Resources, Procurement, Business Development, and Mergers & Acquisitions. Dave negotiates complex contract terms for his clients and also serves as President for ODA Global, a Human Resources and Management consulting firm. “I enjoy working with growing businesses, identifying and solving their challenges using a calm and holistic approach.
